Driving Retention through Loyalty for Sophie Ratner Jewelry

Sophie Ratner Jewelry wanted to implement a new loyalty program to nurture their most loyal customers and, ultimately, increase customer retention. They wanted their program to feel premium and different; they chose not to use points and wanted to give their most loyal customers really rich rewards, like free jewelry.

I helped implement their chosen loyalty provider into Klaviyo and set up all of their loyalty flows. I also designed each email for them.

Welcome Email

I designed 3 versions of their loyalty program welcome email. Each one has a section that details the benefits of the tier the customer is in: Gold, Platinum & Diamond. We wanted to make the benefits very clear within the email itself. It also features a 10% off incentive for signing up for the program, which dynamically populates within Klaviyo.


Referral Email

As part of the loyalty program we wanted to implement a refer a friend program, since word of mouth is such a valuable way to attract new customers. The below email is what a friend would receive when the original customer thinks they would like Sophie Ratner. It was important that the copy felt elevated. We also included a bestsellers section to give the person a starting point about where to look first, as well as a blurb to learn more about the brand since this is likely the first interaction with us.



New Tier Achievement Email

I designed emails for the New Tier Achieved flow, which are sent automatically once someone spent enough to get pushed into the next level of the program. We wanted these emails to feel extremely personal, so we included elevated copy and a note from Sophie at the top. We also made the benefits very easy to find within this email, and included coupon codes for the free gifts the person could now access.
