About

Hi, I’m Ashley Perkins. I’m a digital marketer, chaos-fixer, environmental advocate, and about as Virgo as they come.

I grew up in Eastern Connecticut across the street from a corn field. I attended Norwich Free Academy for high school, then Bentley University for college, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Sociology. After those 4 years in the Boston area I packed up and moved to New York City and now split time between the city and the North Fork of Long Island.

I met my now-husband in the city while playing Zogsports volleyball. We got married in the summer of 2018, and after our wedding we did something pretty extraordinary: We took 3 month to travel around the world. A lot of people thought we were crazy. It was absolutely the greatest thing we ever could have done.

During those 3 months away from the corporate world I got really clear on what I wanted out of my life. I realized what’s most important to me: owning my own time, building relationships with smart people who care about the work they’re doing, doing things that bring me joy, and ultimately trying to leave a positive impact on the world.

I now make decisions with intent, with consideration, with purpose.

And so, I started freelancing & consulting in March of 2020. I like the freedom and flexibility that this type of work provides, and I like working with lots of different types of people and businesses. Over the years I’ve learned a ton about all facets of eCommerce so I’m incredibly equipped to be able to help my clients across a wide array of disciplines. I’m really happy doing what I do.

Outside of work I love to cook, travel, play volleyball, hike, read, and go to the beach. I’m intensely passionate about the environment and live a mostly plant-based, low waste lifestyle.

If my ethos about work or life resonate with you, I’d love to hear from you! Head over to my contact me page to get in touch or read more in-depth about the work I do and how I can help your business.
